I am just glad the endings are not like the ones from MKA.
But picture endings??I thought Midway had moved pass this.Its not like they didn't have time.And I am not trying to bitch about it but come on,I think about 98% of ppl on here wanted FMV endings or cgi or whatever other then picture endings or the ones from MKA.Oh well,I am sure the game will still be fine and if thats the only thing not so great with the game I will be ok with that.

I don't mind the picture endings. I remember around the release of MK:DA reading where the MK team prefers them because it allows for them to account for a much larger amount of time past the tournament than the fmv endings of games like Tekken.

Honestly I'm not upset with the Image endings. It beats having those lousy KATA endings where most of the characters practically provide the same dull performance. As long as the pictures are good looking and the story makes decent sense (canon or not).

Very good point ^ besides that, I'd also rather they put that extra effort and time into more important things like gameplay, online modes etc, balancing out the game etc.

picture endings are okay..I'd rather there be CGI since they are using the UT3 engine for god's sakes.

I'm actually pleased to hear about the picture endings returning. I've always been of the opinion that they can tell more of the story (canon or not) then fmv's can.

Psyched to hear we may get a sneak peek at The Joker's fatal next week.

Spectator mode allows multiple online players in a lobby to view a match between two of the lobby's members. Just play Dead or Alive 4 online for a taste of what's to come. It's just like being in the arcade, waiting for your turn to cahllenge the current champ. You get to see people's asses get whipped and they get to see you get your's whipped too! grin. It's a great feature and will more than likely prevent quitters and pullers from ruining the online component of the game.

I heard Boon menton that there is a punishment feature in place for those who disconnect before the match ends in an effort to avoid losses. That is a big step in the right direction. They more than likey took a page from SNK's online punishment for pullers/quitters. If you pull, The guy still connected gets a win and you get a loss.

I remember seeing a video of Boon explaining how quitters will get labled as such if they disconnect. They will no doubt have trouble finding a match online after being labled.

Wasn't really short, it just didn't cover alot, and the mood about this one was not as upbeat as usual. Otherwise it was still good.

+++If I had one Complaint//Concern, it's that they haven't done anything to the announcers voice yet. "Round 1" Round 2" "Fatality".....ect.

That thing sounds so old and tired I don't know what to do with myself. Still sounds like it lacks alot of audio texturing, vocal depth or range, and overall it just sounds like the voice actor is bored.

Sounds like they just had him "talk it", instead of getting enthused about a fight getting ready to start. Think about how it was in High School when somebody saw a fight was gonna happen. Right?

Well........"Round-One -- FIGHT!". Say it with conviction, give that thing some "muscle", then layer it with the "throaty" texture. After all that, THEN go in and darken//deepen the voice.

The thing sounds waay too smooth right now. I mean, if you listen to someone who has a naturally deep voice, it's like you can hear the vocal cord being strummed or something.

And atop that, if THAT person is kinda screaming "ffFFIGHT!" at you? You're probably gonna get a little more amped up right? Well, Imagine that voice in surround sound or something like that.

Anyway, yep that's all I got this time. I'll be updating the MKast Question Filter Thread soon.....maybe with an audio of my own (ahh haa, yea?). Cuz I see a problem there with all the questions that make the list. They may not wanna sit there and read that big ass list, and I wanna make it really easy for them to use that as a source.
