I hope to god you're bullshitting right now. It's bad enough they bring him in, which is already pointless, but it can be tolerated because he can be pushed aside and forgotten about. I still don't think he should be in but if he is make him forgettable for people who want him to be. But if you actually give him a story then fuck all. He has no place in the story at all. I fun gimmick for Sony fanboys is all he should be, since he has already been confirmed , so please Ed Boon don't listen to people who want him to be relevant to the plot of MK

I'm not "boo-hooing" 'cuz I didn't see "Sonya and Raiden". Of course I expected those aholes to make a thousandth appearance - my sole complaint is that they were it. The whole fucking day was leading up to Sub-Zero and Scorpion in HD. No gameplay, no glimpses of other characters announced or otherwise. Just the two ninjas in HD.

Only Scorpion is a ninja, of the Shirai Ryu ninja clan in Japan. Sub-Zero is a Assassin in the Chinese group known as the Lin Kuei. While the source of Ninjutsu is from the Lin Kuei, they are two separate groups, and the Lin Kuei lack ninja techniques (Ninjutsu) to be called Ninja. They're a different type of assassin.

And stop whining about Kratos, nothing's going to change him being in there, and he doesn't hurt the game in any way, shape, or form. He was going to be in the game at least almost as long as we've known of it, so nothing's changing that fact, and him being removed isn't going to get a new character in his place.

Again, anyone who thinks that every single character won't be present at least as DLC is deluding themselves. This is why Kratos' inclusion doesn't bother me more than on the level that he was shoehorned in to make a buck.

That's understandable and as long as he's DLC then that'd be way more tolerable then if he had a starting spot because let's say he's on the starting roster and Rain or Sheeva got left out(just as an example). Even if they put those two out for DLC it's going to cost extra to get a character who should have been in there over him which doesn't make sense. So I just hope that the guest characters are either paid DLC or a pre-order bonus that way I can act like this is all a bad dream and it'll go away lol

I hope Kratos is a great character in the game, with some really awesome moves and fatalities, which makes him worth playing. That way people who don't like him will just have to deal with it in online matches.

If he's halfway decent I'm going to learn how to play with the character front & backwards, inside out. I'm going to know his every move. Then I'm going to use him as my main and own people with him. It should be fun to hear fanboys bitching about getting beat with Kratos.

Hmmm so I was right to second guess the Shao Kahn render. Though I don't mind that Kahn outfit at all as a matter of fact seeing it in action it looks pretty damn bad ass now. But when I first saw the new render of Kahn at first I was yay we got the more hard-boiled barbarian Kahn, but then after a second I remembered back to the days of Shaolin Monks. When after the game was done they released that incredibly bad ass Shao Kahn render. Which looked nothing like the MK 2 attire that he actualy wore in the game.

Uh, except for the placement of the horns on his helmet (it was more MK2-style, a metal crest that meets in the middle with a spike in the center), that looks exactly like what Kahn wears in-game in MKSM.

The screen goes dark. Kratos performs the head rip as Quan Chi walks on screen. Quan Chi quickly sets up a white screen as Kratos turns the losers' head into a flashlight. Kratos points the headlight at Quan Chi, who stands in front of the screen making animal silhouettes with his hands. Friendship, friendship. Friendship, again?

Rain or Sheeva aren't going to be left out . Like I said before , Kratos is just a DLC character exclusively for the PS3 version . Reason is , if he is in the starting roster , then that would mess up the Xbox 360 roster . I don't expect a special guest for the 360 version but I could be wrong . Also , Kratos doesn't have a story line so pretty much he's a DLC character , because I don't expect for the DLC characters to have story lines . plus the DLC characters are MK4 and beyond , and never before seen MK characters . so they have no part in the story either . Now , when the trailer ended , there is an ad to "pre-order now" so I assume if you pre-order it , you will get kratos for free to download , so you don't have to buy him . SO EVERYONE QUIT WHINING , OK ?
