It's nice to see Liu Kang's fireball has a black dragon's head in it, makes it look alot cooler than a typical fireball.

Watching it again, I think the voice acting sounds great. The way he says "Only ONE fight remains! Face me...in Mortal Kombat!" and generally behaves during that part, feels like an old Martial Arts flick. Pointing his thumb at himself... that's right on point for Liu Kang.

I'm watching the thing going; "hmph!...hm hmm hmmm". Expecting for some out of sync lip service to happen somewhere in the thing. That's great for Liu Kang, and makes me appreciate Kung Lao's "For the Shaolin!" intro comment a little bit more.

When he says to Cage; "This tournament is more than a chance for personal glory...", it really does feel like a scene from out of the first MK movie. Which isn't top notch, but it's great based on the fact that I liked the first movie so much back then. The tone for the story mode is being set quite nicely if you ask me.

Raiden's voice sounds oh so cool!

I wonder if Story Mode will be something like MKDA where you get to choose your character in the middle and therefore your costume. Unless the outfit makes sense with that part of the story, I don't see any other reasoning. Maybe the plot isn't linear, and you can take whichever path you want to but it ultimately leads to the same point.
