MK11 Kombat Kast Postponed Until Next Week
NetherRealm freezes over in record cold!

The first developer stream of the Mortal Kombat 11 cycle has been postponed due to extreme inclement weather. CBS Chicago forecasts the lowest temperatures to hit the windy city since 1985, with wind chill taking temperatures down to -50° in some areas! NetherRealm Studios issued a statement to Twitter, citing worker safety as they delay the stream for an additional week.

The Kombat Kast livestream is now scheduled to return Tuesday, February 5th at 3:00pm CST. That's the same day Inside Xbox will premier with new Mortal Kombat 11 info, as well.

Viewers who tuned in to the full Los Angeles presentation from The Reveal are widely anticipating the Kombat Kast's return, with an on-stage teaser pointing strongly towards the unveiling of cult returning character: Kabal! A reminiscent figure dashed unannounced across screens, captured in the tantalizing still below.

The hideously disfigured Black Dragon fighter was last seen as a revenant during the Mortal Kombat X story mode, but hasn't been playable since the prior installment. A timebending plot will see the original trilogy fold over with the present timeline as depicted in Mortal Kombat 11, allowing different eras of the same character to collide!

Mortal Kombat 11 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in just a few months - April 23rd! Join the discussion, share your wishlist, and follow news on the Mortal Kombat 11 forum!

Shaggy MK11 DLC Petition Approaches 200k Signatures
Internet meme draws big crowd.

Since 1969, the animated adventures of great dane Scooby-Doo, and his mystery-solving pals, have entertained generations around the world. The cartoon has evolved in more recent times, spawning live-action spin-offs, and crossovers with everything from WWE to Twin Peaks. Even at its most supernatural and subversive, the show has always remained pretty kid-friendly -- so it's only natural fans have flocked to petition for Scooby's beatnik buddy, Shaggy, to join the cast of Mortal Kombat 11!

Know Your Meme attributes "Ultra Instinct Shaggy" to a 2017 YouTube video that mashed up an uncharacteristic fight scene from direct to video feature Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur, with the soundtrack of Dragon Ball Super. The anime-fusion has attracted over 6 million hits and has gone on to find popularity in fan-art and Dragon Ball video game mods!

With all that in mind, it's a little less surprising that the unlikely request has attracted a staggering 190, 200 digital signatures to an online petition at the time of this writing! A big enough number to warrant an explanation for some of the more perplexed fans we've heard from, if not any genuine expectation of a result.

Given the graphic hyper-violence of Mortal Kombat, it seems highly unlikely this petition will go beyond a joke. However, Scooby and the gang do have a long history of meeting characters like Batman & Robin, crossing over frequently with DC Comics in the pages of Scooby-Doo Team-Up. NetherRealm hosted the sometimes kid-friendy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Injustice 2, and you never know if Shaggy might follow suit in a future sequel!

Actor Responds to Fan Artists MK Movie Casting
Terry Crews would love to be Jax!

Australian artist BossLogic has been impressing all the right people with his Mortal Kombat portraits inspired by Hollywood actors. Several pieces shared to the artist's Twitter have caught the eye of Ed Boon, whose social media reach put a much circulated rendering of Jax in front of a particularly receptive Terry Crews!

The Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Expendables star made no secret of his interest in playing Major Jackson Briggs, complimenting the artist, and adding an affirmative, "I WOULD LOVE TO DO THIS!!!" It sparked an exchange with Ed Boon, who responded "Would be awesome if we could make this a real thing!" Crews added another enthusiastic: "Man I'm RIGHT HERE".

Jax isn't the only famous face BossLogic has cast. A series of follow-up portraits have been shared consistently to Twitter and Instagram, depicting: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Shao Kahn, Michael Fassbender (X-Men: First Class) as Raiden, Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) as Kitana and Mileena, Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy) as Johnny Cage, Keanu Reeves (John Wick) as Kenshi, Travis Fimmel (Vikings) as Kano, Zoe Saldana (Star Trek) as Jade, Douglas Jones (Hellboy) as Reptile, and most recently, Vin Diesel as Baraka!

Update: The hits keep coming! Additionla updates since the original time of writing include: Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale) as Smoke, John Cena (12 Rounds) as Stryker, Jon Bernthal (The Punisher) as Kabal, Lewis Tan (Deadpool 2) as Sub-Zero, Daniel Wu (Into The Badlands) as Liu Kang, Donnie Yen (Ip Man) as Kung Lao, and Brian Tee (TMNT: Out of hte Shadoes) as Scorpion.

Last month, producer James Wan addressed the absence of news from a Mortal Kombat movie reboot, having previously stifled false reports about the script. It was reported in 2016 that fellow Australian Simon McQuoid would join as Director.

Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal Keynote Presentation
Ed Boon introduces MK11 featuring Ronda Rousey

Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal is in the books, but anybody who missed the live broadcast of Ed Boon's keynote presentation can catch-up with a full archive thanks to Gamespot. Check it out:

Boon walked through a lot of returning and new elements to the game, including introducing characters revealed in gameplay trailer footage: Skarlet, Baraka, Sonya Blade, and Sub-Zero featured, with newcomer Geras, who was given his own trailer.

Character Variations diversified match-ups in Mortal Kombat X with three distinct versions of each character. MK11 takes the concept even further with 'near infinite' customization. For those who don't want to get bogged down in select menus - the game will provide default variations.

Customization effects gameplay, abilities, and presentation. You can change every character's design by altering three key elements, and augment it with upgrades and basic skins. "Boon's Main" Scorpion demonstrated the kinds of customization fans can expect. Base skins vary design pieces and colour highlights. Scorpion mostly kept to his trademark black and yellow (or gold), with highlight colours like white, red, brown, and even substantial amounts of blue shown in the demo! It may be shocking to see Scorpion wear the colour of his mortal enemies in the Lin Kuei clan, but with customization options you can choose your destiny to suit your preference!

"Ninja Mask" customization included Netherrealm Rage (new gold mask), Furious Demon (MKX style), Red Claw Scorpion (cloth), Path of Fire (MK3 style), Hanzo's Face of Heated Anger (gold smiling oni mask). "Katana" customization includes Ageru Tsuki Anmo Blade, Fiery Daito, Juzumaru, Shihozume Katana, Fumio Hasahi's Wrath. "Spear" customization includes Burning Akunin Hell Spear, Hellfire Kunai, Vengeance Kunai, Grandmaster's Righteous Fury, glowing hot Hokkaido Ablaze. All the spears demoed are attached by chain, so fans looking for that classic rope toss will have to keep waiting.

Mortal Kombat 11 splits resources into two meters to control character's abilities: horizontal for offensive, vertical for defensive. New special moves also include the Fatal Blow activated at 30% health. MK Online staff went hands-on with the demo build to find out more about these elements.

A reinvented Skarlet is one of the most exciting returning elements to come from The Reveal, with an overwhelming 53.6% of MK Online users voting her the MVP of the event! Skarlet's new look goes beyond short hairstyle, headgear, and new black & red leathers. Even the tendrils of blood she attacks with look better than ever!

According to Ed Boon, 2011's downloadable debutante was one of the most requested characters by fans. She sat out MKX after narrowly missing the cut, but made a minor splash working for Reiko in tie-in comic books. Demand for the one-hit wonder may seem slightly surprising to seasoned fans, but she came second in a 2016 poll, and during MK Online's 2016 Supreme Champion character vote upset Sonya Blade in the first round! Fitting, then, that Skarlet and Sonya faced off during The Reveal, and will apparently meet during the MK11 story mode! Sonya will be voiced by UFC, Olympic and WWE Champion Ronda Rousey, who also appeared on stage and featured in the Sonya Blade Reveal Trailer!

Kronika is the mysterious new threat who will vex characters in MK11. She stepped into the light in the Story Mode prologue cinematic that picks up right after Mortal Kombat X! Kronika has apparently been shaping fate as The Keeper of Time since the beginning of existence. You know she's old school, because she's none too happy about the reboot brought about by Raiden's meddling in Mortal Kombat (2011)! Her chronal influence will allow corrupt older versions of characters to meet their younger selves!

Mortal Kombat 11: Reveal Gameplay Feed Uncut
No Kommentary. Just Kombat.

At the Mortal Kombat 11 Reveal Event in Los Angeles this past week, we were able to obtain over an hour of direct feed gameplay footage from the early version of this game. This unedited footage provides a detailed look and several never before seen moments from the game. We've provided the footage as is, meaning there is no commentary track or analysis by our team. Sit back and relax while you witness every bone crushing sound effect along with all detailed background music scores intact. Keep in mind, this was one of the first times we played the game and we aren't experienced as some of the other professionals out there. However it's our hope that you enjoy the content and that it provides you the opportunity for a few surprises and details you may have missed in the past.

The Mortal Kombat 11 beta will be released March 28th for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

Mortal Kombat 11: Hands-On First Impressions
Our Reaction to the World’s First Playable Build

The first demo for Mortal Kombat 11 was available at both the Los Angeles and London Reveal events, and Mortal Kombat Online staff were excited to get hands-on at both locales!

This build of the game offered four main options: Konquer, Fight, Kustomize, and Learn. These roughly translate to Story & Arcade Towers, Exhibition, Character Customization, and Practice mode - all subject to change. The Konquer menu expanded to three main options of play: Story Mode, Towers of Time, and Klassic Towers.

Towers of Time offered single player fights with unique challenges and modifiers that unlock “konsumables” you can use in fighting modes.

With a limit on time spent with the demo, we focused primarily on fighting, which offered standard Local and Online options. Right off the bat we could see they have 25 character slots available, but this often changes from the demo build. Additional characters weren’t even teased in silhouette at this stage. The seven main characters revealed at the event were all available to play: Baraka, Sonya Blade, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Skarlet, and newcomer Geras.

All-new customization options mean players can create their own variations in detail, but each character did have three default options to choose from. It must be stressed that these variations were created for the demo and do not reflect the final product in the game. The options were:

  • Scorpion: Boon’s Main, Chain Reaction, and Fire Breather
  • Baraka: Hack and Slash, Flag Day, and Bone Deep
  • Raiden: God Mode, Lightning Rod, and Stormy Weather
  • Sonya: Duck and Cover, Artificial Belli, and Sonic Foxy
  • Sub-Zero: Winter Games, Frozen AF, and Thundersnow
  • Skarlet: Splash Damage, Blood Priestess, and O Negative
  • Geras: Kronik Griefer, Eleventh Hour, and Time and Again

As evidenced by an option like “Boon’s Main” (also seen during Boon’s keynote speech): customization will allow players to name their own style as they concoct a personal blend from cosmetic items, presentation options, and specific moves. The influence of Injustice 2’s gear system is very apparent, with some familiar aspects from the Feats of Strength mode found in MKX Mobile.

You can modify character's colors, victory pose, pre-fight dialogue, weapons, masks, and other parts, offering a staggering number of possibilities! Scorpion can be given a number of masks or kunai tips, Baraka can be given a samurai (or Shao Kahn) type helmet, Skarlet can be given a hood, and many more types of "gear" are included for the Kombatants here.

Attacks in the demo seemed to do much less damage than in previous games, meaning rounds lasted much longer. The pace of gameplay is generally slower - especially when compared with Mortal Kombat X. This is even more noticeable with no run button. X-Ray attacks are also gone after memorable inclusion in the last two games. In their place, two new super moves have been introduced: Krushing Blows and Fatal Blows.

Krushing Blows can be thought of as comparable to Brutalities; a good way to think of them is essentially an enhanced versions of special attacks or combo strings triggered by key requirements, such as position on the battlefield, or timing of the move. Every character has multiple Krushing Blows in their arsenal, but each blow can only be triggered once per match! Successful execution will result in a quickfire X-Ray zoom and the chance to combo or bridge into a new sequence. Fatal Blows are available once your character reaches 30% health, and regenerate after a 3-4 second cooldown period if you miss. Availability is announced beneath the health bar in the demo and triggered like an X-Ray.

Fatalities are back and gushing with blood and viscera. Stylistically they’re very similar to the hyper-realistic anatomy classes we saw in Mortal Kombat X. They range from Baraka simply tearing his opponent’s face off in layers before eating their brain, to slightly more character-driven events, like Sonya Blade launching her opponent into chopper blades. Ed Boon’s keynote included a fatality demonstration that got the point across.

An image of a lizard posted to Twitter by Ed Boon had some folks speculating wildly, but there were no signs of Reptile, Khameleon, or other cold-blooded fighters. The wildlife is merely part of Baraka’s pre-fight intro, where he stabs the lizard with his retractable arm blade before getting down to business. Consider this your vegan warning, folks–Baraka is no wildlife warrior!

Shao Kahn was not available to play, but fans were reminded the pre-order bonus will also include Beta Access to MK11 for PlayStation and Xbox platforms, beginning March 28th–three weeks before release! Kahn was represented in LA by celebrity guest Xavier Woods, who cosplayed as the returning Emperor.

A limited Kollector’s Edition was also announced, including the main game, Kombat Pack DLC, a steel case, commemorative magnet coin, authenticity plate, and a 1:1 life size Scorpion mask! This first come, first serve Kollector’s Edition will retail for $299.99 and is available as an exclusive from Gamestop.

Mortal Kombat 11 will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC starting April 23rd! Catch up on all the sights and sounds from The Reveal by joining the discussion on the Mortal Kombat 11 forum! Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months!

MK Online Interviews with NRS Developers
Derek Kirtzic, Erin Piepergerdes, and Shaun Himmerick Answer MKO Questions at MK: The Reveal in London

At Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal in London, ]{0MBAT got a chance to interview the three NetherRealm Studios developers who attended the event—Erin Piepergerdes , Derek Kirtzic, and Shaun Himmerick! What we learned about MK11 can be found in the videos and summaries below.

Erin Pipergerdes

Erin discussed some of the different modes available – standard 1P or 2P modes, and also "Towers of Time" that sounds similar to the challenge towers from previous games, with different factors that influence the fights, but that change every so often. He also explained that the various game modes will provide the player with rewards, which can then be applied to the character’s customization. Some of these customizations will include character intros, victory screens, special moves, augments for the character, and of course, gear (which includes examples like various masks, weapon tips, clothing, etc.). He also acknowledged that there was some influence from the Injustice gear system that inspired the system Mortal Kombat 11 uses, but with an MK twist and that there will be near-infinite possibilities. The game introduces new meters (one for offense and one for defense). X-ray moves are gone, replaced by Fatal Blows—which can be used when your health bar dips below 30%, but can only be used once per game. He also revealed that the time goddess, Kronika (possibly the final boss?) plans to use her time powers to reset the timeline. Not too much more can be said about story mode, but fans can infer that this will put her at odds with characters like Raiden (responsible for the new timeline) as well as Jacqui Briggs, Cassie Cage, Kung Jin, and Takeda (who only exist in the new timeline).

Derek Kirtzic

Derek discusses some of the work that goes into the new game. From an artistic perspective, a lot of work went into refining two aspects of the game’s visuals that were arguably the most important to the franchise in distinguishing itself early on: photorealism, and blood. They use new technology to do 3D face scans of actual actors, so their movements look more realistic and accurate than ever. There is also a complete overhaul of the blood system, which incorporates physics to ensure that blood spurts are not merely triggered by an event but flow correctly. He went into detail on some of the new characters, Kronika and the character who appears to be her right-hand man, Gerus. They both manipulate time, but in fights, Gerus can adjustments to the actual clock, either adding or removing seconds, which adds an entirely different level of gameplay. He can also use his powers over time stop his opponent in time. He expanded greatly on the "Towers of Time", which includes "consumables." This allows the player to add health back to their energy bar, or even call in other characters, like Sub-Zero, to give an assist during the fight. They can also equip items like a Cyrax net, a Sub-Zero iceball, and a Shinnok dead arm, to assist during a fight. This allows to set up some amazing and intricate combos. Even though this is a one-player mode, there is also an online competitive aspect to it, as players who do well on the leaderboards will receive additional rewards. He also said that developers have not implemented crossplay although there is a strong hope that something like that can be added to a future game.

Shaun Himmerick

Shaun explains some of the gameplay changes in MK11 as well as the reasons behind them. For example, competitive players in esports rarely used the X-ray moves as they took too much meter. New super moves, such as Crushing Blows and Fatal Blows, does not require a meter. Instead, it can only be used once per game. This introduces a new element of strategy, forcing players to decide whether to use it early or save it for Round 2 or Round 3. Additionally, if players miss the Fatal Blow, they have an opportunity to attempt it again, although there is a brief cooldown period. Shaun expanded more on the "Towers of Time" and the role that the consumables will play. The example he provided was that Sub-Zero’s "Crystal of Justice" might do double damage to characters with fire abilities, or cut the damage done by fire attacks in half. When asked about DLC, Shaun explained that their focus now has been entirely on making MK11 as good as it possibly can on launch day. DLC can only be justified if the game has a successful launch. He also shared one of the techniques used to make MK11’s graphics look better; this involves scanning in textures of materials (rather than artists drawing them in a canvas) so that the photorealism is brought to the next level. This is a technique that started with testing in Injustice 2, the way they scanned in a real pizza.

One other important thing that Shaun mentioned: the game looks the best when running on an Xbox One X. This is actually the system that is used for the official gameplay trailer videos, as none of the other systems (even the traditional Xbox One) has the power and capabilities.

A special thanks to MKDan from MK Universe for his support at the event!

Ronda Rousey & Kofi Confirm The Reveal Attendance
WWE stars heading to LA MK11 event!

The celebrity guest list for Thursday's Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal is fast growing, and it looks like there's going to be a heavy contingent from World Wrestling Entertainment! UFC Hall of Famer and current WWE Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey has confirmed her itinerary for the Los Angeles event with a post to Instagram:

The invitation I’ve been waiting to accept my whole life. Don’t worry, Earthrealm is safe with me ;) Can’t wait for Thursday! I’ll be there #MK11 @mortalkombat

Speculative rumor persists that Rousey, who has appeared in The Expendables 3 and Entourage, will assume the role of Sonya Blade in the next game. Her attendance at The Reveal confirms nothing, but will no doubt draw interest from fans curious about the safety of Earthrealm.

Fellow WWE Superstar Xavier Woods has revealed he'll cosplay as Shao Kahn at the LA event, attending with on-screen New Day tag team partner, Kofi Kingston, who also showed off his invitiation via Twitter.

Mortal Kombat Online will also be in attendance, sending a split team of roving reporters for dual live coverage from Los Angeles and London! Stay tuned to the Mortal Kombat 11 forum for more updates! Special thanks to MK Online User Detox for suplexing info into our ring.

MKX Mobile Becomes Mortal Kombat Next Update
New name, same mobile Kombat.

Mortal Kombat X Mobile took the fight to the streets, and anywhere else you went, but with the impending April release of Mortal Kombat 11, the free-to-play card collecting fighter will adopt a new name to reflect its continued expansions. NetherRealm Studios announced the name change and future update in a message to players via Facebook and Twitter:

With Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal right around the corner, we want to assure our players that Mortal Kombat X Mobile will continue to be the main game for all Mortal Kombat mobile experiences and content.

To better represent the game and its vast Mortal Kombat character roster, we will be officially updating the name to “Mortal Kombat” with our next release! The Mortal Kombat mobile game will continue to improve and expand in 2019 with lots of new content and new characters. Please stay tuned for more updates in the weeks to come!

MKX Mobile has already already gone beyond the final XL version of Mortal Kombat X, offering exclusive characters and content such as Baraka, Jade, and Freddy Krueger. The switch to a more broad is already befitting, and will no doubt grow moreso as new additions are made in 2019 to coincide with Mortal Kombat 11!

What do you hope to see from the expanded platform? Keep watching the Mortal Kombat 11 forum for updates and discussion about MK Mobile. MK11 arrives for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on April 23rd.

Xavier Woods To Conquer The Reveal
WWE star to cosplay Shao Kahn at MK11 unveiling.

He's harnessed the powers of a thunder god in WWE Immortals, hosted the unveiling of Firestorm for Injustice 2, and held the Tag Team Championships in WWE! Now Austin Creed, aka; Xavier Woods, is gearing up to don the Emperor's helmet for next week's Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal event!

The Smackdown wrestler, and host of gaming channel UpUpDownDown, unveiled his Shao Kahn cosplay helmet tonight, via Twitter. He'll be dressed as one of only three characters revealed since the launch trailer, with more unveilings expected to come at the LA and London event!

Wood's helmet is the work of costume designer Mikal Mosley, who has worked with various WWE, Ring of Honor, and Impact wrestlers. Mosley teased an internally lit version of Shao Kahn's trademark warhammer on his own account [pictured above].

The design appears inspired by the final boss' ridged helmet seen in 2011's reboot of Mortal Kombat. Shao Kahn is confirmed to appear in Mortal Kombat 11 as a downloadable pre-order bonus, and has already shown signs of new customizable armor options. You can see his new look in the first official character render.

Mortal Kombat Online will also be attending The Reveal, with two roving teams providing live dual coverage from Los Angeles and London. Stay tuned to the Mortal Kombat 11 forum for more details on the January 17th event!

MK Animated Production Rumored With Cast List
Kombat rumored for Warner Bros Animation slate.

Fans have waited eagerly for a new live-action Mortal Kombat movie, but if an unverified report by pop culture site Revenge of The Fan is to be believed, animation may be the next narrative destination for the series.

The site, which recently correctly broke news of DC Entertainment features based on Batman: The Long Halloween and Superman: Red Son, alleges Warner Bros animation has cast actors for an upcoming Mortal Kombat feature, which may be released as a two-part adventure.

Rumored voice talent includes: Joel McHale (Community) and Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter), known for their live-action roles in television and film, with well known voice acting regulars like Fred Tatasciore (Voltron), Grey Griffin (Young Justice), Darin DePaul (Justice League Action), and Robin Atkin (Voltron), also attached in unknown roles.

Fans will also note the inclusion of familiar Mortal Kombat voices in the cast list: Patrick Seitz and Steve Blum voiced Scorpion and Sub-Zero respectively as recently as Mortal Kombat X. The voice of Kevin Michael Richardson could be heard in the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie as Goro.

Speculation from RTF and fans has naturally gravitated toward Carpenter and McHale assuming types as the voices of Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage. No story details are rumored in the report, but with word there will be no tie-in comics for Mortal Kombat 11, it may be speculated the animated film bridges the gap from Mortal Kombat X to the new game, released April this year.

While it must be stressed this report addresses unsubstantiated rumor; an apparent upturn in production of animated features by Warner Brothers coincides with the recent launch of the DC Universe streaming service, and reported forecast of a new WarnerMedia platform, as well.

Mortal Kombat has gone animated before: In 2016, John Tobias unearthed a hand-painted character cel from the short-lived Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm cartoon. Warner Brothers also included the dubious stand-alone animated feature The Journey Begins with their blu-ray movie release.

Producer James Wan has stressed a slow and steady approach to a big screen return, while also knocking back rumored and leaked character details. Warner Brothers animation is typically unrelated to its big screen, live-action adaptations.

Official MK11 Image Highlights Armored Raiden
NetherRealm spotlight new look Thunder God

Building off yesterday's release of a new Shao Kahn render: NetherRealm Studios has shared a new image of Raiden, spotlighting the Thunder God's latest armored attire. Update: The full-size render has officially been released and can be seen with the smaller preview below.

Raiden's new gear was first glimpsed in the Mortal Kombat 11 Announce Trailer and again in the first official gameplay screenshots. It shows a slick new armored style for Raiden, who is in possession of Shinnok's amulet and has incorporated the powerful talisman into his chest gear.

The new image was shared via the MK11 Discord channel and offers just one glimpse at Raiden in the new game. Mortal Kombat 11 will boast extensive customization options that will allow fans to take creative control of their favourite fighters.

NetherRealm Studios Shares Updated Shao Kahn Image
The Emperor Has New Clothes

NetherRealm Studios has released a new teaser image of Shao Kahn, in what appears to be an updated (more mellowed) version of the Krossroads from Mortal Kombat X! Across the social media platforms, the developers remind gamers what character they receive as an incentive for pre-ordering the game:

"Bow to me!" Pre-order #MK11 and play as Shao Kahn DAY 1! https://go.wbgames.com/MK11buy

This was the same message delivered on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The new image shows a design that differs substantially from a previous render released by GameStop. Mortal Kombat 11 will boast a vast system for customizing characters.

What do you think of this look? Have you pre-ordered the game, in order to play as the Big Bad Emperor himself? Contribute to the discussion on the Mortal Kombat 11 forum! Special thanks to user predac0n for submitting a lead via Discord.
